1. Overview

The Game of Satoshi (“Game”) is a free-to-enter, skill-based Bitcoin puzzle contest created and produced by Marek Safarik (“Organizer”). Players watch episodes, complete quizzes, discover hidden words, and solve riddles for a chance to win Bitcoin prizes, including up to 1 BTC in the Grand Finale.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be 18+ to participate.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the Organizer or Sponsors are excluded from participation.
  • By entering, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

  • Visit the Free Entry page.
  • Submit your name and email address.
  • Complete a 6-question Bitcoin quiz (passing score required).
  • Upon passing, you will receive a Free Ticket via email.
  • No payment, donation, or purchase is required to enter or win.

4. Game Structure & Skill Criteria

  • Episodes: 12 weekly main episodes released between October 18, 2025 – January 3, 2026.
  • Bitcoin Lessons: Companion educational videos expanding on each episode.
  • Weekly Quizzes: Each episode includes a 10-question quiz. 100% accuracy required to advance.
  • Seed Words: 24 hidden words (12 from main episodes, 12 from solution episodes) must be collected.
  • Word Positions: Each main episode contains clues marking the correct position of seed words.
  • Elimination Week: After 12 weeks, only players who have collected all 24 words advance. They must earn 3 Master Keys through special challenges.
  • Grand Finale (Jan 17, 2026): All surviving players compete to solve the Final Riddle.
  • Skill — not chance — determines advancement and winners.

5. Prizes

  • Grand Prize: 25% of price pool awarded to the first player who solves the Final Riddle.
  • Prize Pool: Additional sats are distributed to leaderboard players based on overall performance across the season.
  • Community Pool: Donations and merch contributions increase the total sats distributed among top players.
  • All prizes are paid in Bitcoin only.

Prize Verification & Payouts

  • All potential winners are subject to verification to ensure fair play and compliance with these Terms.
  • Verification may include account review, gameplay analysis, anti-cheat checks, and confirmation of identity or wallet ownership.
  • Prize payouts will be processed within up to 21 days after the official end of the Game.
  • Payouts may be distributed individually and progressively once verification is completed.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to withhold or disqualify prizes in cases of rule violations, cheating, or fraudulent behavior.

6. Free Ticket

  • Grants entry to all episodes, quizzes, and eligibility for prizes.
  • Tickets are digital and linked to the player’s email.

7. Sponsors & Merch

  • Sponsors may be featured in certain episodes with product integrations.
  • Merch (t-shirts, hoodies, Nerdminers™) is available via the official store.
  • 50% of net merch profits go directly into the prize pool.
  • Supporting the pool by buying merch or donating sats is voluntary and does not affect your eligibility to play or win.

8. Donations

  • Donations are accepted in Bitcoin via Lightning or on-chain.
  • 100% of donations go directly into the prize pool.
  • The official prize pool address is publicly visible for transparency.

Donations increase the total prize pool but do not affect the verification process or payout timing.

9. Data & Privacy

  • We collect name, email, quiz results, and gameplay progress.
  • Emails are used for Game updates, development news, and Sponsor content. You may unsubscribe anytime.
  • Official community channels: X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All Game episodes, scripts, visuals, and materials are © 2025 The Game of Satoshi.
  • You may share official content freely but must link back to the official website.

11. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

The Game is a skill-based competition. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Multiple accounts
  • Automation, bots, or scripts
  • Sharing answers, seed words, or solutions
  • Exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics

The Organizer reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to disqualify players found in violation of fair play rules, with or without prior notice.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Czech Republic, and participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts.
